AA Projekts Rolls Out SAFe Framework Adoptions in Latvia

The Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) is a leading lean-agile approach for the public sector, government, and enterprises pursuing digital transformation. To succeed on the SAFe implementation roadmap, the AA Projekts team has twelve certified team members for different SAFe roles. In addition, we have a proven track record of successfully applying the SAFe mentality on large-scale solutions, including the National Building Information System for the State Construction Control Bureau (an initiative started in 2018).

AA Projekts starts the support of State Environmental Service digital transformation journey by drawing on our expertise and experience accumulated during the last five years.

The development of this system is part of the LV-CLIMATE-006 project, “Digital Transformation of the Management Model of Contaminated Sites.” This project is under the umbrella of the Norwegian Financial Instrument Program, which focuses on climate change mitigation, adaptation, and environmental sustainability.
